IWCA
An Alliance of Worker Cooperatives
ABOUT US
The Alliance of Cooperatives was formed to help to forge an environment that support workers cooperatives for low-wage workers and the working poor whose typical employment opportunities are driven by companies with little interest in the financial and physical well-being of the working poor. For the members of the alliance, cooperatives lead to future sustainable employment opportunities, fostering a culture of high road business practices, fair wages, safe working conditions and as an alternative for workers who are typically excluded from the economic system.
